It is challenging, I won’t lie, but to see change in your body, you need to challenge your body.When looking to lose weight or get in shape it’s important to have some kind of system in place to follow. If you’ve been tossing around the idea of investing in your health by purchasing this program, I say, DO IT. I am very happy with this program and don’t have a single bad thing to say about it. Not only is this program challenging physically but mentally as well. The workouts are only 25 minutes long so you need to turn off your brain and FOCUS on the exercises for those 25 minutes.

The KEY to success with a program like T25 is in the title – FOCUS. This is unheard of by Beachbody standards as most programs consist of workouts that are 30-60 minutes long and require a six day a week commitment. The time commitment for Focus T25 is 25 minutes a day, only 5 days a week. The Alpha + Beta phases both last 5 week, making the Base Kit a 10 week program. The Gamma phase would be for someone who’s thinking, “WHAT NEXT!?” after finishing the 10 week program included in the Base Kit. The Gamma phase is optional (hence why it is not included in the Base Kit) and focuses more on strength training using dumbbells. The Alpha + Beta phases come with the Focus T25 Base Kit but to get the Gamma phase, you would need to buy an add-on. The program for Focus T25 consists of three different phases: Alpha, Beta + Gamma.
